Strength Training Clinic by West 4th Physio

Strength training off the bike is key to making you a stronger faster rider.

Stay strong on your bike for this season and beyond. Please come join us for a very informative presentation by Jennifer MacPherson, WOWride Domestique, certified physiotherapist and Level Two bike fitter. wear athletic gear as this will eb a hands on session with strength training exercises to make you a stronger athlete and stretching to  keep you  injury free so you can continue to ride

This is a FREE clinic to WOWride members only.
