SP Loops – Tuesday Tempo

Riders meet at Maritime Museum in Kits – 9:30am hard start. North Shore members will meet at 2nd Beach parking lot at 9:50 am.
Riding at tempo is a moderate to challenging pace that you can hold for 45 minutes to 2 hours. Perfect for our Tuesday morning Stanley Park Loops. We’ll accomplish a lot of work in a short amount of time. Let’s rip off a few laps of Stanley Park (SPLoops), improve both our endurance and strength, paceline skills and occasionally debrief over an espresso.
Riders will be divided based on ability, experience and distance preferred. No drop policy.
