Today is the day to celebrate fathers everywhere, so we are keeping it short n sweet if you need to make a morning brunch!
Riders meet at Maritime Museum Parking Lot – 8:30 start. North Shore members will meet at 2nd Beach parking lot in Stanley Park at 8:50. Your ride leader will seek you out.
Riding at tempo is a moderate to challenging pace that is perfect for our morning Stanley Park loops AKA SPLoops. We’ll accomplish a lot of work in a short amount of time. Let’s rip off a few laps of Stanley Park, improve our endurance, speed, strength and paceline skills.
